About The Event

2025 5th International Conference on Material Science and Technology (ICMST2025) will be open during January 10th-12th, 2025 in Macao, China.

ICMST 2025 aims to bring together innovative academicians and industrial experts in the field of materials science and technology to join us in this academic communication platform. The goal of the conference is to promote not only scientific and technology development in materials science related fields but also the scientific information communication between researchers, developers, engineers, students, and practitioners working all around the world.

This conference provides opportunities for the delegates to exchange new ideas face-to-face, to establish business or research relations as well as to find global partners for future collaborations. We hope that the conference results will lead to significant contributions to the knowledge in these up-to-date scientific fields. For more topics, it can be checked in the Call for Papers section.

Submission

1. All submitted papers should be written in the English language, with a minimum length limit of 5 printed pages, including all the figures, references, and appendices.

2. Only original papers that have not been published or submitted for publication elsewhere will be considered. All submitted papers are subject to anti-plagiarism control in the Turnitin system. Any paper with a similarity percentage (excluding references) greater than 25 % will be rejected.

3. All submitted papers must print clearly and legibly, including all the figures, tables, equations in a standard way.

4. Each paper will undergo about 1-2 weeks peer review before acceptance.

5. All submitted papers will be judged based on their quality and relevance through double-blind reviewing. Papers are sent to at least two reviewers assigned by the Chairs. The reviewers are chosen according to their expertise.
 (a) Reviewers are asked to evaluate the manuscript’s originality, methodology, contribution to the literature, presentation of results and support for the conclusions, and appropriate referencing of previous relevant studies.
 (b) Reviewers may either recommend accepting the manuscript, rejecting the manuscript or may require a revision for content and/or technical issues. When making a final recommendation, the reviewers should clearly state whether the paper is suitable for publication in conference. In the case of a positive answer, the reviewers indicate whether:
it might be accepted without changes,
it might be accepted after minor changes, suggested by the reviewer in the manuscript or in his/her opinion,
it might be accepted after major changes (please indicate them).
The detailed evaluation criteria are outlined in the Paper Review Form.
 (c) If the reviews are positive they are sent for the reviews to the corresponding author.
 (d) For a paper to be accepted for publication, two positive reviews are required. In case one reviewer's report is negative while the other is positive, the paper is forwarded to a third reviewer for additional evaluation.
 (e) When a revision is required by the reviewer, the author(s) are to consider the critical observations and suggestions offered by the referees, and a revised paper should be submitted within a set deadline, otherwise it will be assumed to have been withdrawn.
Reviewers may request more than one revision of a paper.
 (f) Based on the corrected versions of the paper and the answers to the reviews the Chairs take the final decision as to whether to publish the paper or not. Proofs are sent to the corresponding author and should be returned within the set deadline.
